Before any work starts
A quote is not a charge. If you have paid a start amount and you cancel in writing before we begin the agreed work, we refund that amount in full, except for a third-party cost we already paid with your approval. We will show you that cost.
“Before we begin” means we have not yet scheduled the job, opened the files, or held a working session on it.
After work has started
Creative and digital work is made for you, so a started stage is not returned like unused stock. You pay for the stages that are finished. Stages that have not started can be cancelled, and we refund what you paid for those stages.
A finished stage is one we have sent you for review, or one you have approved. Drafts you have seen count as work done, even if you later choose a different direction.
What is not refunded
Files we have already delivered, a website or campaign that has gone live with your approval, and print or ads that have been sent to production are not refunded. Money we passed to a printer, an ad platform, a stock library, or a registrar at your request is not our fee, and we cannot refund it once that supplier has taken it.
If we fail to deliver a stage we agreed to deliver, we refund what you paid for that unfinished stage.
How to ask
Email [email protected] within 14 days of the invoice or the delivery you are asking about. Tell us the project name and what you want reviewed. We reply within 10 business days.
Approved refunds go back by the same method you used to pay, unless we agree another method in writing. This policy belongs to VYON MEDIA (PRIVATE) LIMITED and applies only to work you hire from us.
