Who this policy is for
This policy is for people who visit vyonmediapvtltd.com or contact Vyon Media about a project. The company behind the site is VYON MEDIA (PRIVATE) LIMITED. In these pages, “we” means that company.
We wrote this for our own work. It explains what we actually do with an enquiry. It is not a copy of another company’s policy, and it is not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer.
What you can send us
The contact form asks for your name, your email, a number if you want to give one, and a short note about the project. The number field is optional in the sense that we only keep what you type there. We do not publish a phone number on the site, and we do not buy contact lists.
If a project goes ahead, we also keep the files you send us for that job: logos, copy, manuscripts, photos, and the notes from our calls or emails. We only ask for material the work needs.
Why we keep it
We use those details to reply, to prepare a quote, and to do the work you asked for. That includes branding, websites, marketing, apps, cloud setup, and book editing, publishing, or print.
We do not sell your name, email, or project files. We do not use them to build an advertising audience for other companies.
Who else sees it
A message has to pass through the tools that run the site: the host that stores the page, and the email service that delivers the form. Those providers see the message only so they can carry it to us.
If you ask us to place an ad, print a book, or register a domain, the supplier for that step receives only the files and instructions that job needs. We tell you before we hand work to a printer, an ad platform, or a host in your name.
The site loads fonts from Google. Opening a page can send your browser address to Google so the font file can download. We do not add our own tracking pixels or ad cookies.
How long it stays
An enquiry that does not become a project stays in our mail while the conversation is open, and we delete or archive it when it is clearly finished. Project files stay for the life of the job and for a reasonable period after, so we can answer a question about what was delivered.
You can ask us to correct or delete an enquiry by emailing [email protected]. If we still need a record to complete a paid job or to meet a legal duty, we will say so and keep only that part.
